You are probably aware that links to one's website are one of the main factors in search engine placement. In order to get these links, it is sometimes necessary to include a "back-link" to the site that is linking to you.
I'm saying this up-front, but I will also say that the links below are sites that I really believe might have some value to you, if you are interested in developing a website. Not all of them are back-links, since I don't have a policy of requiring them before I post a link.
